Absolutely!  We will work together with your title company to order payoffs for any debt owed on your house.  Any taxes or mortgage owed will be paid off from your proceeds at closing.

The process usually takes between 7 to 30 days from contract signing to closing, but we’re happy to work around your specific needs and move out schedule.

Rest assured that you do not have to fix anything when you sell your house to Freedom To Sell. However, you may be required by state law to disclose any known material defects in your house prior to or at the time of contract signing. Your house will be purchased in “as-is” condition, and we will assume all responsibilities for making any repairs.

You will never be charged any fees or commissions for our services because we don’t LIST houses—we BUY houses directly. Freedom To Sell is a real estate investment company, NOT a real estate brokerage.

Our acquisitions team uses several key factors when determining what we can offer for a property. These include:

  • Current condition of the property
  • Location of property
  • The cost of the renovations
  • The cost of permitting required by local jurisdiction
  • Time required to complete the renovations
  • The top market value of the house if it were to be renovated to the best possible condition
  • The closing costs and real estate commissions we will have to pay for future resale of the house
  • Costs to insure the property, utilities, taxes, HOA fees, lawn care, maintenance & holding costs while the house is being renovated
